Mo te tūranga | About the role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective business plans to deliver tangible outcomes for stakeholders.
- Drive CX-focused change by building end-to-end process knowledge and continuously challenging the status quo.
- Execute all people-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle and lead a high-performing team.
- Support the transition towards automation while effectively managing both human and digital capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and bank policies, implementing robust controls and reporting mechanisms.
- Foster an empowered, customer-centric, and collaborative team culture that values data-driven decision-making.
- 2-5 years in a leadership role within banking, financial services, or related fields, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Strong experience in delivering results through methodologies like lean, DMAIC, and agile. Green Belt accreditation is preferred.
- A deep understanding of financial services products and a commitment to achieving strong customer outcomes.
- Experience in leading change initiatives and managing complex operations.
- Knowledge of fraud, AML, and sanctions risk management policies.
