Mō te Tūranga | About the role
In this role, you will be part of one of our cross-functional, autonomous squads that are aligned to a purpose that drives value for our customers every day. These squads are empowered to make decisions on how they build and deliver these experiences, always operating with the customer's best interest at heart. As a Software Specialist - Mobile (i OS), you will provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to other Digital Tribe members, contributing to the growth of the overall software engineering team capability and competence. We believe that by collaborating, building our skills and communicating effectively, we will be an even more awesome and connected Digital Tribe - having fun and changing the world.
Ō pūkenga | About you
In this role, you will bring a passion for software engineering as well as a passion for learning a range of engineering disciplines such as Features, Mobile, Integration, Test Automation etc. Essentially, we are looking for people who are keen to get involved in the whole software development lifecycle and who proactively share their knowledge and skills.
You are passionate about Mobile development with experience on technical leadership and with the following technologies;

You are passionate about Mobile development with experience on technical leadership and with the following technologies;
- i OS App Development
- Swift
- Objective-C
- XCode
- Git and Git Flow
- Android App Development
- MVVM architecture experience
- Unit & UI testing experience
- Experience in Swift UI
- You will have extensive experience in mentoring team members.
- Be self-directed, be able to embrace change and have proven ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Be quality driven, flexible and adaptable.
