• Strong leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively with all staff including liasing with Branch Managers, DX Management, customer support, finance, and key suppliers/customers
• Have knowledge on health and safety and ensure this is carried out in the work environment
• Co-ordinate the activities of the key operational personnel to achieve Company targets.
• To achieve continuous improvement with regard to service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Report and monitor Key Performance Indicators and adjust the drivers of the operation to meet targets.
• Continuously work toward achieving of ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’.
• Administrative duties where required
