Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity;
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily Urban Operations (Especially KPI Management & KPI Targets) at our Birkenhead Depot. This includes continue monitoring of KPI Targets, gathering the KPI Reports, completing the exception reports for Auckland Transport, collecting relevant evidence, urban vehicle allocation, leading and supporting our team of drivers, assigning routes, managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring safety standards.
You'll play a key role in optimising efficiency across a variety of services, including Urban, School, Charter, and Tour operations. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, your contribution will be vital to the success of Birkenhead Depot.

Ideally you come from a administration and transport background, specifically buses and have your Class 2 and P endorsement (Driving License Class 2 Ideal but not necessary). .
