Ritchies Transport
Operations Supervisor
Whangarei

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Whangarei Depot. This includes vehicle allocation, leading and supporting our team of drivers, assigning routes, managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring safety standards. You'll play a key role in optimising efficiency across a variety of services, including Urban, School, Charter, and Tour operations. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, your contribution will be vital to the success of Whangarei Depot.

About You;

You're a problem solver and a great communicator. Ideally you come from a transport background, specifically buses and have your Class 2 and P endorsement.
You like working in a fast paced environment, providing solutions and can remain calm under pressure.
