About the opportunity
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Prepack team based in Favona. This is a full time Permanent position working Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 4.30pm.
The Packhouse Team Leader will take charge of setting up and servicing equipment in the Pre Pack area and also lead a dedicated packing team on various automated machinery to meet production and quality targets.

About the Job:
- Set up and program prepack machinery for all product lines.
- Perform daily and weekly maintenance for optimal performance.
- Monitor production throughput and adjust settings for efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and stock levels through SAP.
- Experience in a Packing operation type role.
- Computer literate to a medium type level (can use word/excel, experience using SAP would be beneficial)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience leading a small team
- Hoist license would be desirable
