Babcock is looking for a Performance Analyst to join the Operational Excellence team based in Devonport, Auckland .

About the role

Join a dynamic team where data drives decision-making and operational excellence. As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of analysing business processes and creating impactful dashboards that guide continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your expertise in Share Point, Excel, Power BI and SQL to develop technical solutions that enhance our operations.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization’s success by providing actionable insights and ensuring data integrity. You’ll have the opportunity to facilitate workshops, document workflows, and lead the charge in building a culture of operational excellence. About you

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You excel in extracting and interpreting data, developing insightful dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Share Point is complemented by your strong communication skills, making you a key player in driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Required Skills

• Share Point Forms and Workflow Automation (Nintex)
• Data analysis and SQL querying.
• Dashboard creation using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel including VBA
• Stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Data governance and quality management.

Key Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Share Point worflows (Nintex)
• Experience with MS applications (Power BI, Power Queries, VBA).
• Strong background in business process analysis and improvement.
