Personal Shopper/Delivery Agent - New World Wanaka

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing Online Team as a Personal Shopper / Delivery Agent here at New World Wanaka, located just a hop, skip & jump from the lakes edge.
This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys engaging and interacting with people, helping them get the best out of ordering their groceries online. You will be meeting customers from all walks of life and your aim will be to deliver the very best service that fits each customer's needs right to their door.
The successful applicant will preferably have knowledge of the supermarket industry, having worked in a supermarket environment and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Clean, Full car driving license
Developed organisation skills
Effectively communicate at all levels
Attention to detail
Be a problem solver
Dedication to customer service
Good computer skills – ability to pick up programs with ease
Ability to learn fast
Good time management
Assist the wider supermarket

Key responsibilities include:

Personal shopping for our customers
Checking ID for restricted goods
Organising and load grocery items correctly in van storage spaces
Keep van clean and tidy
Deliver good quality grocery items in a good timely manner
Maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards

You must be available to work Thursday to Monday.
