To help us with this, we are searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager - Home Lending to join our team based in Head Office in Invercargill.


What you'll be busy with:
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our home loan products meet the highest standards and contribute to our overall success. You will drive growth, support home lending-related queries, oversee product reviews, and lead lending transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Lending Growth Strategy Deployment
• Lending Product Development & Management
• Risk Management and Compliance

What you'll bring:

• substantial experience in product management,
• demonstrated creativity and vision,
• an understanding of the banking industry
• the ability to be proactive and results-driven

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
