To help us with this, we are searching for Service Direct Consultant/s to join our Contact Centre team based in Invercargill.

What you'll be busy with:

• Providing a warm welcome for all calling Members and assisting them with transaction processing, high-quality customer service and active promotion of products and services
• Building collaborative working relationships with all customers and with other SBS team members

What you'll bring:

• A passion for helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals.
• An interest in the financial industry, and a desire to further your own skillset by attaining the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) - We'll pay for your study!
• Previous customer service experience is ideal as well as being comfortable working in a consistently evolving and changing environment.
• You will be a keen digital advocate who is willing to learn.
• Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This role has flexible hours to cover our Contact Centre operating hours which are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 9.00pm, and weekends 10.00am to 4.00pm.
