Position Overview: We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high safety standards in accordance with NZ regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scaffolding projects from start to finish, following safety rules.
  • Help plan project schedules and manage resources.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and solve any issues that arise.
  • Keep project documents updated, including contracts and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource management.
  • Promote safe working practices among team members.
Qualifications:
  • Qualification or Work Experience Requirements- Candidate should meet either one of the below:
-at least a Diploma OR,
-at least three years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of NZ health and safety regulations related to scaffolding and construction work.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or construction would be advantageous.
