Job Description
· Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction
· Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
· Carry out site measurement, cost estimation and cost calculation
· Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project manager
Job Requirements
· Candidates possess Degree/Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent
· At least 3 years of working experience
· Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
· Willing to learn
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
