- Full-time, Permanent contract with a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed per week
- Monday – Friday
About the Role
Come join our amazing Support Office team and be a part of the pioneers in energy transition.
- General reception duties including answering the phone, welcoming visitors, and dealing with courier deliveries with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanour.
- Co-ordinating Mt Wellington support office stationery, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinating EV vehicle chargers and booking system in Outlook.
- Coordinate on site contractors and service providers as and when required.
- Managing the booking process of the Pool vehicle.
- Ensure the reception area and other facilities are neat and tidy, oversee daily stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Assisting in the setup of meeting rooms as required for meetings and functions.
- Assist with organising morning teas, lunches as required.
- Booking and coordination of travel for Support Office
- Ordering staff uniforms for the support office
- Maintaining and issuing of building access cards
- Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
- Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and participate in Perimeter/BU worker participation practices.
- A Certificate in Business Administration or similar post-secondary qualification is required but not necessary.
- Time management & organisation skills, the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- High level of verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to address client and visitor needs with a proactive approach.
- Sound people and customer service skills with the ability to remain polite and calm under pressure.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
