We are currently seeking to employ a Receptionist to our Support Office team. The purpose of this role serves as the first point of contact for our organisation, handling various administrative tasks, greeting visitors, and managing communications.
About the Role

  • General reception duties including answering the phone, welcoming visitors, and dealing with courier deliveries with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanour.
  • Co-ordinating Mt Wellington support office stationery, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinating EV vehicle chargers and booking system in Outlook.
  • Coordinate on site contractors and service providers as and when required.
  • Managing the booking process of the Pool vehicle.
  • Ensure the reception area and other facilities are neat and tidy, oversee daily stock levels and replenish as needed.
  • Assisting in the setup of meeting rooms as required for meetings and functions.
  • Assist with organising morning teas, lunches as required.
  • Booking and coordination of travel for Support Office
  • Ordering staff uniforms for the support office
  • Maintaining and issuing of building access cards
  • Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
  • Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and participate in Perimeter/BU worker participation practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Certificate in Business Administration or similar post-secondary qualification is required but not necessary.
  • Time management & organisation skills, the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to address client and visitor needs with a proactive approach.
  • Sound people and customer service skills with the ability to remain polite and calm under pressure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
