The Role:
We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and proactive Receptionist & Admin to join our passionate team. This key role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our beautiful Parnell branch. You will be the face of our wellness center, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to holistic well-being and exceptional customer service, while proving support to small team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, manage bookings, handle phone and email inquiries, and provide product and service recommendations with confidence.
  • Facility Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception and spa environment, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Administrative Support: handle daily operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and updating client accounts using our Zenoti Software
  • Retail & Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our products and treatments, display them attractively, and ensure clients receive appropriate samples.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle guest complaints gracefully, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to spa procedures.
  • Sales & Upselling: Maximize booking capacity by encouraging rebookings and upselling services.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks, manage product levels, and oversee stock orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff huddles, meetings, and training sessions. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Interest in Ayurveda is an advantage
  • Customer Focused: A passion for holistic well-being and an ability to embody our company’s philosophy.
  • Resilience & Feedback Receptiveness: Ability to handle constructive feedback professionally and a willingness to improve based on guidance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding telephone manners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Professionalism: High level of personal presentation, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email, MS Windows, and familiarity with cash-handling procedures.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekend shifts, including late nights. Saturday availability is essential.
Required Experience:
  • Experience: At least 2-3 year in an administrative or front desk role.
  • Location: Must be based in New Zealand with a valid Visa.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
What We Offer:
  • Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Must be open to Saturday shift.
