Working alongside our HR, marketing, and recruitment dream teams, you’ll get to create and execute exciting marketing strategies that will bring talent straight to our doorstep. Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will be as dynamic as the talent market! You’ll be crafting and launching marketing campaigns that scream, “Come work with us!”—whether that’s through snazzy social media posts, targeted digital ads, or even a creative presence at job fairs. You’ll know how to build connections that go beyond job titles, showing candidates why Abano Healthcare is the place to grow their careers.
You’ll also be diving deep into the offshore recruitment waters, especially for attracting talented dentists from around the world. With your knack for partnerships and outreach, you’ll collaborate with international recruitment agencies, positioning Abano Healthcare as the go-to employer for dental professionals looking to make a life-changing move to Australia or New Zealand.
It’s not all about campaigns and content, though. You’ll be the driving force behind boosting our employer brand. Imagine developing content that highlights our amazing company culture, our values, and employee success stories. You’ll be the voice that brings our workplace to life, showing potential candidates what makes us unique.
And of course, you'll be crunching numbers and tracking the success of your efforts. From campaign performance to candidate engagement, you’ll use data to continuously fine-tune your approach, making sure we’re attracting the very best talent while maximizing our ROI.

Qualifications
Who You Are
If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for both marketing and recruitment, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for someone who loves to innovate and isn’t afraid to shake things up when it comes to recruitment marketing. You know your way around social media, digital marketing, and employer branding like the back of your hand. Bonus points if you’ve got experience with offshore recruitment, especially in the dental industry!

Whether it’s tracking the success of a digital campaign or analyzing market trends, you know how to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
