As the Regional Business Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, high level administration support to the Regional Manager NZ as well as the wider regional airports team in the region. This will include accounts payable, processing uniform orders, logistics management as well as general data entry. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle a dynamic environment.


You’ll have –

  • Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly developed time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to support key workplace communication requirements in varied forms and forums
  • Accurate word processing and spreadsheet skills, with proficiency in company approved software, including Word, Excel, Power Point etc
  • Proven written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and customers
  • Previous experience working on accounts payable or accounts receivable is highly desirable
