About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to meet the needs of patients/whānau using contemporary nursing care which is safe, appropriate and effective.

About you
For the continued provision of a high standard of care, the Endoscopy Unit is seeking applications from Registered Nurses with recent Endoscopy/Surgical nursing experience.

• The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified and end experienced registered nurse. All candidates must be registered with the New Zealand nursing council and have a current annual practicing certificate.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, networking and problem solving abilities are vital, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• The ability to work effectively within a team, providing guidance when required.

• Display competency in organisational digital tools and technology.

• Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth

• Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
