Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate person who will help take our work to the next level. This is an 18-month fixed term position to move our business process workplan forward.
In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for levelling and mapping processes to create a suite of standardised process and procedural documentation.
The role sits within our Strategic Planning and Performance team, which is responsible, amongst other work, for leading the business process workplan.
The role would see you engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders building and maintaining relationships to support our business teams.

Your high level of adaptability and problem solving will be critical when working alongside our busy teams to build out our new suite of documentation. Your ability to work across end-to end process architecture while also maintaining an appropriate level of detail will be essential to your success in this role.

• Proficiency in process mapping using BPMN2.0.

The role has a level of autonomy and applicants will need to be self-driven to manage time-pressured work but also need to work as part of a team. You will be part of the Strategic Planning and Performance team and supported to learn and succeed in our fast paced and dynamic workplace.

This role is Band 7, with a total range of $98,429 - $138,959 total remuneration. The appointment range is anticipated to be between $99,916 - $118,819 total remuneration, inclusive of 3% Kiwi Saver Employer contribution. The appointment salary is subject to the preferred candidate's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
