The Senior Programme Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation across a large programme of work across NZQA. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across the programme.
• Assist in the development of programme schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor and track programme progress and financials, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with programme participants, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.

Skills and experience

Essential:

• Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Desirable:

• A Project Management qualification.
• Experience within an IS project environment.
