Job Description
With comprehensive training, you'll contribute to the effort of eradicating cervical cancer throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. Your role involves assisting various healthcare professionals in accessing accurate screening data, providing customer service to screening and treatment providers, labs, and participants.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring under-screened individuals, particularly Māori and Pacific populations, have access to screening as the new program develops.

Our collaboration extends beyond the surface – we work closely with health providers, laboratories, and colposcopy clinics, ensuring that every step of the screening pathway is as efficient and accurate as possible.
As a Service Coordinator for the National Cervical Screening Programme, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that crucial participant screening information is accessible to a diverse range of health professionals. Your dedication will directly impact the health and well-being of countless individuals, providing them with the care and support they deserve.
In this role, you will become the bridge that connects various stakeholders, fostering a seamless experience within the programme. This is a full-time position based in Wellington CBD with options for a flexible working environment once full training has been completed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Solving Challenges: Use your analytical skills to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth operation throughout the screening pathway
Administrative Excellence: Employ data management tools to uphold high-quality administrative processes, maintaining the integrity of our operations
Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to Screening Providers, Laboratories, Colposcopy service providers, Regional Register teams, and Programme Participants
Information Accuracy: Play a key role in entering accurate participant information into the NCSP Register, contributing to the integrity of our data
