We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our team in Palmerston North.

- Extra Income Opportunities: Earn extra income through a lucrative bonus system of up to $100 per week, as well as commission opportunities. Optional on-call weekend work is available on a rostered basis
- Responsible for servicing Textile Products such as Mats, Towels and Garments.
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining Washroom, Sanitation & Feminine Hygiene products at various customer sites. Ensuring all washroom products, such as air fresheners, soaps, sanitary bins, auto sanitizers, are serviced on time and fully stocked as required.
- Ensuring that all products are serviced to the highest standards of quality.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking pride in your job and your vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.
- You have high attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
- Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided
Requirements:
- A full and clean driver's license.
- You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
- You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
