Service Manager - District-Wide Mental Health Services, Mental Health & Addictions

If you have leadership experience in health service delivery, operations and financial management and a strong commitment to improving the experience of tangata whaiora, whaanau and the communities across the Counties rohe, then this could be the role for you!
In this full time role which is based in Manukau, you would be responsible for all aspects of service and delivery for a range of specialist clinical teams which span the age continuum and cover the South Auckland region.
You will understand strategies that enhance health gain for Maaori, Pacific and other communities with health disparities, have knowledge and networks in primary and/or community care and the ability to work collaboratively to maintain and encourage collegiate relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and community resources.
You will be accountable to the General Manager for leading the District Wide mental health and addiction services in the delivery of safe and effective care. You will also be a member of the Mental Health Leadership Team and contribute to the development and delivery of service plans and achievement of the Mental Health & Addiction Health targets.

Supporting treaty partnerships and addressing health inequities
Improved health outcomes
Staff engagement, satisfaction and development
Financial and operational performance and sustainability
