The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and a demonstrated Service Now team-player. Our Service Now Solution Architect can design, architect, and serve as the Lead developer responsible for the development of new Service Now solutions and enhancements to existing environments. We will rely on your expertise working with large-scale applications and frameworks and we will leverage your outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

• Architecting, designing, developing, implementing and integrating Service Now solutions that are simple, intuitive, and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality of Service Now to meet their specific business needs.
• Solutions across any / or combination of Service Now modules: ITAM: SAM/HAM, ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSM, SPM, TSM and FSM are all great areas for consideration.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable Service Now and Java Script code
• Develop on the Service Now platform including applications, database integration, interfaces, and / or new functionality enhancements

Qualifications

• 3+ years coding in Java Script and Service Now implementations and / or integrations required
• Designing, architecting and lead developer of Service Now implementations and integrations required
• Service Now - Certified System Administrator required
• Service Now - Certified Implementation Specialist - CIS required
• Service Now - Certified Application Developer desired
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as RESTful and SOAP around APIs desired
• Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: Java Script, Service Now and scripting required
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired (or related Technical field)
