ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
As a Smaller Practice Specialist you will be dedicated to serving our members in Smaller Accounting Practices. Reporting to the General Manager – Smaller Practices, this role will see you develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to our Smaller Practice members and championing their needs.

Key responsibilities as part of the Smaller Practices team include:

Member Engagement:

• Design and execute relationship, communication, and engagement programs tailored to Smaller Practice member needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships through strategic communications, meetings, and events.
• Utilise CRM (Salesforce) case management to monitor and report on member interactions.
• Influence the development of services to ensure high-quality, value-adding Smaller Practice member experiences.

Member Communication:

• Conduct targeted communication programs and proactive outreach to members in smaller practices.
• Manage online Smaller Practice communities, ensuring relevant content and timely engagement.

ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU
Essential to your success is demonstrated experience in a relationship management role or in an accounting practice, being able to empathise and build rapport and trust. Other critical skills include:

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of the smaller accounting practice segment and its operational environment
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and Salesforce CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence internal teams
• Organisational and time management skills
