• Undertake all components of key working, including comprehensive assessment, risk assessment and management, wellness and treatment planning

• Provides client-centred care, utilising evidence-based treatment strategies including, where appropriate, talking therapies

• Coordinate care at the right time with input from external providers

• Assisting across the wider team where needed.

• Registered Social Worker with Current Practicing Certificate.

• Strong background and experience working with children and young people as well as mental health & addictions;

• Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player and positively contribute to service delivery;

• Be prepared to travel across the Taranaki rohe to meet the needs of our people and have a willing, 'can do' attitude.
