Our head office in Auckland is a modern, functional space overlooking the Viaduct, and just a 5 minute walk from Britomart’s central transport hub. We’ve also got access to co-working spaces across New Zealand and Australia, to cater to some of our team and clients in different regions.

The role

Due to recent growth in our Microsoft Engineering capabilities at Clear Point, we are partnering with our clients on several exciting opportunities. We're seeking passionate Intermediate Software Engineers with strong expertise in .NET and React.js full-stack development, AWS cloud experience, and a solid understanding of design patterns. You'll be working in cross-functional teams to deliver commercial software projects. Availability to start as soon as possible is ideal, and we are considering applicants for both contractual and permanent full-time positions.

The experience we’re looking for

At least 4-5 years of experience in C# and .NET framework development, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, etc.
Solid experience with Java Script/Type Script frameworks, especially React.js
Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL, Mongo DB, and Postgre SQL
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices is beneficial
Proficiency in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
Strong communication skills, and a background in consulting environments would be advantageous
