Solution Architect - Dynamics 365CE

Capgemini is a leading company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team and help us drive our digital transformation initiatives.

As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Business Applications - MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ Customer Engagement team. Your role will be to assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, ensuring quality solution design and successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of D365CE solutions for our clients
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, such as REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
• Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
