Stockroom Team Member

Hours of work are:
Mon to Fri - 7am to 3.30pm (40hr/week) - please note that on-peak/seasonally you may be additionally required to work on Saturdays
As a Stockroom Team Member, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our stock is organized and ready for sale. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy and efficient stockroom will be key to our success.
Candidates with F endorsed or full New Zealand driver's license (non-negotiable) are preferred as operating a forklift is a requirement of the role (we can send team members on a training course to gain a forklift license/permit/endorsement). If you are NOT the holder of a valid full NZ driver's license please DO NOT apply for this role.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensuring all stock received is processed appropriately and within the required/appropriate guidelines.
- Ensure the stockroom area is neat, tidy and controlled and maintained at all times.
- Manage in/outbound palettes and stock being delivered appropriately using a forklift.
- Processing recycling and other waste correctly.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Understand the importance of positive team dynamics.
To excel in this role, you ideally have:
- Right to work in New Zealand
- Particular interest in stockroom co-ordination
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Physical capability to handle heavy lifting, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
