Role Overview:
As a Store Manager at Aariv Trading Limited, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our takeaway food outlets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Implement strategies to increase sales and manage store profitability
• Prepare rosters and manage staffing levels according to business needs
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Collaborate with senior management to meet operational and financial targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and help drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• NZQF Diploma or equivalent OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A valid New Zealand work visa or residency
