Te tūranga - The role and your impact In this role, you will develop effective business-partnerships with Directors and Managers across Te Pūtea Matua, and provide leadership and strategic HR advice across organisational development, change management and all other people initiatives in line with the overarching People Strategy.You will have a key role in supporting the planned and deliberate uplift of capability of our People Leaders across the business to improve the management, development and retention of our people, enabling us to be a Great Team, Best Central Bank.The Strategic People Partner is key to shaping the culture of Te Pūtea Matua through ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive programme. This role is also responsible for developing the capability and knowledge of the People Advisers who manage and support all operational HR matters and embed people our processes and approaches. Ō pūkenga - About you We're looking for someone with:

  • Ten years plus experience working across multiple human resources disciplines, including remuneration practices, employee relations, performance management and NZ employment law within the financial sector, commercial or relevant public sector organisation.
  • HR partnering experience at a senior level.
  • A track record of being a valued contributor to leadership teams in the business and within HR teams.
  • Change management experience impacting on a large scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
