Job Description: The Supply and Distribution Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of health supplements. This role requires strategic planning, effective management, and coordination with various stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and support the company's retail objectives. Working hours per week is 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the continuous availability of health supplements, aligning with the company's sales and growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory management techniques to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Oversee the distribution network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to retail locations and customers.
• Ensure all health supplements meet regulatory standards and quality specifications before distribution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, reduce delivery times, and manage logistics costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and distribution professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare and manage the supply chain and distribution budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting service level agreements.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 year experience in supply chain and distribution management, preferably in the health supplement or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
