As a Support Officer based in our Cashel Street and Victoria Street offices in Christchurch you will own the support functions for Employment New Zealand in your region. You will be part of a national Support Team and work collaboratively to ensure administrative objectives across the Employment Services branch are met. You will contribute to a team responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as entering quality data into a range of systems, organising uniforms and specialist equipment for staff, assisting with reception cover, contributing to process management, and making travel bookings.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work
- Customer service experience and mindset, including in hospitality, retail, or contact centre
- An understanding of Te Ao Māori or a desire to learn in this space
- Energy and a can-do, proactive and friendly attitude
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- You must have a New Zealand driver’s license and be comfortable driving around the CBD occasionally.
