About the role:
The purpose of the Team Leader CSR is to manage the CSR function, ensuring both internal and external customers’ requirements are met. The Team Leader CSR will also provide guidance and leadership to the wider CSR team through coaching, mentoring and training whilst providing a link between the CSR and NFSM functions.
In the role, you will be responsible for:
- Continue to maintain and develop current relationships with internal and external customers by delivering quality service and products.
- Identify sales and growth opportunities with current and new external customers and recommending and actioning such opportunities where identified.
- Ensure that team performance is striving for continuous improvement when dealing with our customer base.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the CSR team.
- To continue to identify, streamline and implement growth opportunities within current and new functions, and processes as well as always striving to learn, grow and succeed, both personally and professionally and also for the CSR team.
- Embrace the Inghams values, as a guiding principle for improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a fast paced FMCG sales/CSR environment with exposure to KPIs.
- Previous customer service experience.
- 2+ years experience leading, coaching or mentoring teams
- Clear understanding of the NZ meat/poultry industry.
- Sound knowledge of Retail Store, wholesaler and supply chain operations.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention detail
- Positive “can do” attitude
