TRADE Yard Supervisor – Full-Time
Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a vision to provide a high level of customer service and expertise to our customers in Wanaka and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Trade team that has been awarded "Mitre 10 Trade Store of the Year" numerous times.
Part of this success is the great customer service we provide, so we would be really keen to hear from you if you have our passion for ensuring our customers get the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk through our doors – going the extra mile will be the norm for you.
We are looking for a talented allrounder, who can supervise our Trade Yard spaces and ensure our Customers can access and purchase the materials and products they need.
The successful applicant will have;
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good numeracy skills and accuracy
- Be flexible and able to think on your feet
- Be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
- Keep a cool head during challenging situations
- Enthusiasm and team spirit
- Familiarity with computers and keyboard skills
- Some knowledge of landscaping and building materials would be advantageous, but not necessary
- A current full driver’s licence is required
