Job Description
Join our team as an Electrical Assembler on our assembly line, where you’ll be responsible for the programming of PC boards for air conditioning units. Under the direction of the production foreman, you’ll achieve the following tasks on our dayshift (6:45am - 3:15pm) while adhering to the production schedule and work queue:

Program and label PCBs according to company standards using SOPs and work instructions
Communicate stock requirements and completion status with relevant stakeholders
Uphold and ensure quality standards
Report issues to the supervisor and foreman
Update work-in-progress (WIP) version changes as needed
Install insulation on panels and correctly fit components onto gear plates
Demonstrate flexibility by working in various production areas as required
Inspect and certify units against quality standards, reporting any issues
Assist in training new staff and strictly follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE

Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:

3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of electrical assembly, HVAC experience is a plus
Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new systems
Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings and dimensions
Strong knowledge of safe work practices
Reliable team player with excellent attendance
