Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, Approx 12 PM - 8 PM – most shift 1 PM – 7 PM

We operate in a variety of environments, from retail stores and supermarkets to major events. We are looking for outgoing, approachable, and passionate people to join our team of Brand Ambassadors to help promote some of the best products on the market!
We are looking for dynamic retail assistants to work alongside New Zealand's leading wholesaler of electronic cigarettes and vaping products. Proudly serving a vast network of retailers including supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, liquor stores, and vape shops.
This position is available for an initial period of one month, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
Starting date 17th September 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice on vaping products and accessories.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and clean.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Transform engaging conversations into successful product purchases
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused with a passion for the vaping industry and brand promotion.
- 25+ due to the nature of the product.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation to ensure you can consistently arrive on time for your shifts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Retail and/or promotional experience is a plus, but not required – we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
