Position: Workshop Administrator
Location: Tauranga
Status: This is a full time waged position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600
Key Objective of Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for general administrative duties including tracking, entering and reporting monthly machinery hours, plant, machinery and fleet compliance management, organizing third party to setup machinery and fleet, record management, organizing transportation of heavy machinery and creating purchase orders.
This is a busy role and would suit someone who has had experience in a similar role or industry.
On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with, but not limited to:

• Ordering & entering parts invoices
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
• Enter daily time sheets along with parts
• Putting away new stock into parts store

Skills and experience required:

• Office administration skills
• Advanced computer skills and confident learning new systems
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a parts role or a relevant technical role preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to assess and prioritise tasks
• Excellent attitude and a team player
• Clean full driver’s license
