What you will need:
Attention to detail and will take real pride in your work and the machinery itself. You will be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills and have a strong work ethic. You will need:

• A full driver's license.
• A background or strong interest in agricultural tractors and machinery.
• Have the right attitude - including taking ownership of your work, always looking to learn, being safety-conscious and an effective team member.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills - seeing a challenge and approaching it with confidence.
• Understanding the managers and customer expectations, with the skills to put them at ease.
• Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.
• A good level of physical fitness as there is some heavy lifting involved.

Your mission:

• Ensuring all stock and the yard is kept in pristine conditions.
• Assemble the new machinery.
• Ensure the general upkeep of new and used machinery.
• Assists with loading and unloading of freight.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance.
• Assists the team and customers with any ad hoc requests.

You will be working with world class brands of machinery and equipment including Deutz, fahr, Merlo, Mc Hale, Kioti, Kverneland, Kramp, Fligel, JCB and More!

This position is permanent, working 40 hours per week within our core business days and hours of Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.
