Position: Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial transactions including payments, deposits, and expenses. Maintain accurate financial records and manage the general ledger.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, analyse, and manage budgets and financial forecasts. Provide financial insights to guide business strategy and decision-making.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations. Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory documents.
• Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll, ensuring timely payment and accurate deductions.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Assist with internal and external audits. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to provide financial analysis and support strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
