Job Title: Architect
Location: Abuja and other locations

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and other structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs and plans using CAD software.
Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, including coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Site Analysis: Evaluate project sites for environmental and logistical considerations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals such as urban planners and interior designers.
Client Communication: Present design proposals and revisions to clients and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Sustainability Practices: Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials into projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
- Strong understanding of building systems and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design or related field preferred.
- Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus.
