Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction works & appraising contractor
• Taking measurements and creating innovative patterns of design for company’s project
• Design & document commercial & industrial building projects
• Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, and cross-sections in construction drawings
• Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing a construction plan
• Prepare drawings, specifications, & construction documents
• Lead & develop projects from early concept through design development
• Liaise with development partners to ensure a hitch-free delivery of projects
• Develop & implement strategies to deliver effectively on assigned
• Prepare proposal & represent the company for presentation to the client
• Attending site meetings & preparing reports from the same
• Responsible for taking design briefs & working on same

Key Requirements

• A second degree in Architecture (M-Ed, MSc, or M-Tech)
• Minimum Experience: At least 4 years relevant experience, 2 of which must have been in the Building Construction Industry
• Proximity to Victoria Island is compulsory
