Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Cost management of all company's construction projects from the pre, during, and post-construction stages
• Contract preparation including details of required materials, budgets, BOQ, and other documentation
• Responsible for project cost control and preparation of valuation report.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders for efficient cost management
• Responsible for project measurement and billing during construction
• Managing and supervising the performance of junior quantity surveyor
• Collate material for labor requests on sites
• Prepare and follow-up payments to sub-contractor
• Update project expenses for each project
• Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
• Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Be a Registered Quantity Surveyor with NIQS/QSRBN.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proximity to Victoria Island is compulsory
