Job Position: Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager

Overview

• The Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team at Smileville ODL.
• This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Smileville ODL.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are motivated and equipped to achieve their goals.
• Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team members' knowledge and skills. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the market.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Sales Performance Management: Set and track sales targets for individual team members and the overall team. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
• Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Motivation and Engagement: Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
