Autoboyz Motorclub is an all-inclusive automotive concierge service based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Manager who is not only well-versed in the automotive field but also exceptionally savvy with social media and technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vehicle parts, diagnostics, and repair processes, along with hands-on experience using industry tools such as ALLDATA, Mitchell 1, and manufacturer EPCs.
In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must be able to manage relationships with dealerships, parts specialists, and service advisors, ensuring that all aspects of vehicle inspections and repairs are handled efficiently and to the highest standards. They should also be capable of leveraging social media and technology to improve service offerings, engage with customers, and drive operational performance. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
- Proficiency with ALLDATA, Mitchell 1, manufacturer EPCs, and other industry tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience using technology to enhance service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with dealerships, parts suppliers, and service advisors.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and teams effectively.
