Executive Assistant to E-Commerce CEO

Are you a dynamic, ambitious individual based in Lagos with a passion for e-commerce, furniture, and real estate? Redviolet Company Nigeria, a leader in the furniture industry, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing operations in Nigeria and leading our real estate expansion into Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to the CEO in both business and personal matters.
Oversee and coordinate operations in Nigeria, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Assist in the European market expansion, focusing on the real estate sector by conducting market research, lead generation, and client communication.
Serve as the first point of contact for real estate inquiries and client property requests.
Conduct desk research to stay updated on real estate trends in the UK, UAE, and US markets.
Handle various errands and tasks in Lagos, including liaising with local suppliers and managing logistics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the furniture industry, real estate, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Based in Lagos and able to travel locally for errands as needed.
Experience in sales or customer service within the real estate sector is a plus.
