We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Operations Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited institution, or MBA degree with emphasis on finance. Any other certifications in a related professional body would be an added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience in a leading financial services institution, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Understanding and experience of operations and treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and financial industry standards.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in using financial software, CRM systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
