Whirl Spot Media is a dynamic team passionate about creating impactful PR and Digital marketing strategies for our clients. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to help us expand our client base. Furthermore, we're seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to expand our client base and boost revenue in the Nigerian market. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious individuals who can navigate the unique dynamics of this region.
This role will focus on building relationships with tech-related companies in Nigeria, particularly in Healthcare, Gaming, Renewable, Construction, Fintech, Logistics, and Crypto industries to work with Whirl Spot. Partners and brands will benefit from world-class marketing and PR solutions and gain the opportunity to make a positive impact in the African community.
Job Description:
As a B2B Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be identifying and qualifying potential clients who need PR and Digital Marketing services. You will play a crucial role in fuelling our sales pipeline and driving the growth of the agency. This is a commission-based role where you’ll earn 20% commission on every deal you help close.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients in need of PR and Marketing services
  • Reach out to prospects via email, social media, or phone to introduce our services
  • Develop tailored services, packages and proposals that align with prospects objectives.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies
  • Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand our business presence
  • Forge and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing existing business ties
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand clients' PR and Marketing needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and relationship management
  • Facilitate operational changes and strategic planning to foster business growth
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs fully and ensure our solutions align with their expectations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Provide regular updates on your lead generation efforts and progress
  • Identify and Prospect New Clients: Leverage your network and connections within the diverse industries to identify potential buyers.
  • Sales pitches and Presentations.
  • Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Whirl Spot’s service offerings, including technical specifications, conversion options, and compliance with Industry regulations.
  • Reporting and Sales Targets: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Earn commission on every sale completed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in lead generation or sales (experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus)
  • Prior experience in Media and Digital Sales, Advertising Sales, or Event Sales
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of French is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work on a commission-based structure initially.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B space and the marketing and advertising sectors
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding and engaging new leads
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing
Compensation:
  • Earn 20% commission monthly on every deal that you help close. The more deals you generate, the more you earn!
  • This is a commission-based role for the first 3 months. If the candidate successfully drives business growth, they will be considered for a permanent, salaried position within the company.
