We seek an experienced Benefit/Data Admin Manager to oversee pensions, gratuities, and benefits processing, ensuring seamless experiences for employees and pensioners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance-related disciplines
- Professional Accounting Certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, etc.)
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience, 4 in management
- Knowledge of exit benefit process, financial systems, and pensions regulations
