About Us:
We operate two innovative platforms:


Mongotise: We connect brands with car owners who wish to sell advertising space on their vehicles using car wraps. Our platform helps brands showcase their products in a dynamic and mobile way.



Kreators: We bridge the gap between business owners, brands, and micro-influencers or individuals eager to engage in digital tasks. These tasks range from social media sharing, streaming content, watching videos, and more, all designed to enhance brand visibility and engagement.



Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive sales growth for both Mongotise and Kreators. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our client base, particularly on the brand side, by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both Mongotise and Kreators.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and onboard new brands and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.


Strategic Partnerships:

  • Work with brands to develop tailored advertising solutions on Mongotise, leveraging the unique mobile advertising space.
  • Collaborate with business owners and brands to engage micro-influencers and individuals on Kreators for digital tasks that drive brand awareness and engagement.


Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth on both platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve our offerings and market positioning.


Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for both platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to improve platform features, user experience, and overall service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the advertising, digital marketing, or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools is a plus.
