WANGAI MANAGEMENT COMPANY seeks young, self-driven, and passionate professionals interested in building a career in business development, MSME/entrepreneurial growth consulting, regulatory compliance, and related fields to be trained to join our team to serve our growing client base.
This employment will kick off with an initial training/internship program in core business development support services such as:

Regulatory compliance and company formation processes such as company and business name incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission, filing annual returns, registration with the NAFDAC, PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, processing export licenses, etc.
Developing bankable business plans and pitch decks
Business growth consulting and advisory support particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises(MSMEs) across various regions of Nigeria
Grant application

Employment Terms: only candidates who complete the probation period and obtain the cut-off mark of the assessment tests will be offered employment
Work Structure: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Location: Ilorin
Requirements:

Must reside in Osogbo with a verifiable permanent address
Previous experience or interest in business advisory, regulatory compliance, and related fields is highly preferred
Must possess a working laptop and smartphone
Must be passionate about entrepreneurship and business development

Salary & Benefits:
N20,000 for the first 3 months of probation and training
N70,000 after probation
Other benefits:
i. Paid annual leave
ii. Health allowance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦70,000.00 per month
